The following Terms and conditions of the Holygolee Refer & Earn Programme (“the Programme”) constitute the agreement between Holygolee.com and both our existing customers (“Referrers”) and the friends they refer (“Referred Friends”) in the context of the Programme.

1. Eligibility: As part of the programme, to refer friends, the referrer, must be a registered customer on Holygolee.com. Referred Friend must be a new customer to curepills247.com and should not have already signed up with us under any email address.
2. Refer & Earn - Rewards Outline: Refer your friends to curepills247 and they'll get a Flat 20% OFF on Medicines (pre-paid/COD order) and 100 CP Coins (pre-paid, medicine order) on their First Purchase worth a minimum of Rs. 1000 or more on curepills247. You, the Referrer/Existing customer, get an Rs. 100 CP Coins after your friend’s first order is delivered.
3. How to Refer:

Step 1: To Refer Your Friend(s), you must log in to your account and go to Refer & Earn section.

Step 2:  Share your referral code on display to your friend by clicking on the referral link ‘Tap to share Code with your friends.

Step 3: After you click the link, select the option you want to share such as WhatsApp/SMS or others to send your referral code along with the Holygolee app download link. Now a message will be sent to your friend on your behalf, including your Referral code as well as the Holygolee app download link.

NOTE: A maximum of 30 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer.

1. What “the Referred Friends” Get: When the friend you referred places the first order using your referral code (unlimited validity), he/she will receive a Flat 20% off ONLY on the FIRST ‘Pre-Paid/COD’ order of Medicines worth a minimum of Rs. 1000 or more. PLUS, your friend is also entitled to receive 100 CP Coins after the successful delivery of the first ‘Pre-Paid-only’ medicine order worth Rs. 1000 or more. The validity of 100 CP Coins is 100 days from the date of credit. 

• What “the Referrers” Get: After your friend’s first order is delivered, we will credit your CP e-Wallet with Rs. 100 CP Coins, which is applicable for a maximum of 30 successful Referrals only. The Rs. 100 CP Coins can be redeemed on pre-paid order ordersdicines only. Also the 1,00 CP Coins can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (100 days from the date of credit) of your CP Coins wallet amount.

   • How to get a Flat 20% discount on Medicines + 100 CP Coins

Step 1: Sign up, add medicines to your cart and apply the referral Coupon Code (shared by the Referrer/Existing customer) on the shopping cart page. NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products, including OTC products, etc) worth Rs. 1000 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on medicines and 100 CP Coins.   

Step 2: You get an immediate 20% discount (Max discount: Rs. 5000) on a ‘Pre-paid/COD’ order of medicines worth Rs. 1000 or more. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) medicine order worth Rs. 1000 or more, you will get a credit of 100 CP Coins* (max cashback: Rs. 3000) to your CP wallet. 

• Note: The 100 CP Coins are eligible on fully Pre-paid medicine orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). COD orders are not eligible for 100 CP Coins.
• *The 100 CP Coins wallet amount can be used to redeem on medicines only. Also, the 100 CP Coins can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (100 days from the date of credit) of your CP Coins wallet amount. NOTE: NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the CP Coins wallet amount is redeemed.
• If your prepaid order of medicines (along with ANY other products) is worth Rs. 1000 is reduced to LESS THAN Rs. 1000 once the Referral coupon code discount is applied, then such order will NOT qualify for the Cashback. So, the Net Amount Payable for such order, AFTER the application of the Referral coupon code discount, should be Rs. 1000 or more to receive the 100 CP Coins.

 (ii) Key points on Flat 20% discount on Medicines + 100 CP Coins

• The referral code to get a Flat 20% discount on Medicines + 100 CP Coins is meant for SINGLE use only and can be used ONLY towards the first purchase made by the Referred friend. Note: The Referral codes do not expire. The Referral code discount cannot be combined with any other offers or coupon discounts. The referral code is valid on orders placed via the curepills247.com website or the Holygolee app.
• While the FLAT 20% discount (max discount Rs. 5000) is valid on Pre-Paid/COD orders of all Medicines, the 100 CP Coins is valid ONLY on Pre-Paid orders of Medicines.
• Some of the selected medicines are ONLY eligible for max. 10% discount and so Flat 20% discount CAN NOT be applied for the same. NOTE: The maximum discount for flat 20% OFF medicines is capped at Rs. 5000.
• Minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products, including OTC products, etc) worth Rs. 1000 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on medicines and 100 CP Coins.
• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the Flat 20% discount will be applicable on the total value of the prescription medicines ONLY (excluding ALL Ayurveda medicines, OTC & FMCG products).
• Shipping Charges are not covered by the referral code discount, and Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders.
• The referral code discount is not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged for any other product.

(iii) Points to note – About 100 CP Coins

• The 100 CP Coins will be credited to the Referred Friend’s Holygolee e-Wallet account ONLY after the pre-paid order (placed using the referral coupon code) is delivered.
• The maximum cashback amount (100 CP Coins) is capped at Rs. 3000 per transaction. The validity of the CP Coins is 100 days from the date of credit.
• The 100 CP Coins wallet amount can be used to redeem on pre=paid orders of medicines only. Also, the 100 CP Coins can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (90 days from the date of credit) of your CP Coins wallet amount.
• The 100 CP Coins are calculated based on the post-discounted value, which is obtained after deducting a 20% discount amount from your total prescription order amount.

For example: If your prescription order amount is Rs. 1000, you get an immediate discount of Rs. 200. Upon the delivery of your pre-paid medicine order, a cashback of Rs. 100 as CP Coins will be credited into your CP wallet.

• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the 20% CP Coins offer will be applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines. Also, the 100 CP Coins will not be offered for the “Shipping Charge” portion of the payment for the eligible orders.
• The 100 CP Coins are eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment methods. COD orders are not eligible for 100 CP Coins. The 100 CP Coins will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using the e-voucher code.

(iv) How to redeem 100 CP Coins?

• Just follow these 3 easy steps to use/redeem your CP  Coins, after it has been credited to your curepills247 wallet account.
• Step 1: Add the Medicines to your cart.
• Step 2: On the Cart page, on the right-hand side, check the “CP  Coins” button and the deduction of your CP  Coins will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Please note: The CP  Coins wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one pre-paid transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your CP  Coins wallet amount.
• Step 3: Upload/attach Prescription.
• Step 4: Review order and complete payment.
• You should log in to your Holygolee account and check under the CP  Coins segment of your CP  Wallet to know the value of your CP  Coins, which will be credited once your pre-paid medicine order, is placed using the referral coupon code, has been delivered. Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
• Expiry of 100 CP  Coins Wallet Amount: The 100 CP  Coins cashback that has been credited to your CP  Coins wallet will expire 100 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused CP  Coins, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 90 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
• The CP  Coins wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid Medicine orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• Your earned 100 CP  Coins can be used to pay for your next medicine order along with any of the following pre-payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) CP  Coins or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). NOTE: ANY other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers CAN NOT be applied for the orders where the CP  Coins wallet amount is redeemed.
• The CP  Coins can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY.
• The CP  Coins CAN NOT be redeemed on OTC & FMCG products.
• The CP  Coins wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your CP  Coins wallet amount.
• CP  cashback will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing CP  Coins wallet balance amount.
• Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders where the 100 CP  Coins amount (full or part) has been used to make payment. So Shipping Charges are EXTRA and cannot be paid using 100 CP  Coins amount.
• The CP  Coins wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• The CP  Coins wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
• For any reason, an order placed using the 100 CP  Coins has been fully/partially cancelled within the validity period, the used-up CP  Coins amount, accordingly, will be credited back to the customer’s Holygolee e-wallet account.

• The Referrer’s CP  e-wallet will be credited with Rs. 100 CP  Coins (cashback) after the Referred friend’s first order is delivered, and the referrer will be notified of the earned cashback Reward via SMS. Also, the Referrer can log in to Holygolee's account and check under the CP  Coins segment of Wallet to know the credit of Rs. 100 CP  Coins.
• NOTE: The Referrer is entitled to receive Rs. 100 CP  Coins for a maximum of 30 successful Referrals only.  
• ORDER TYPE: The Rs. 100 CP  Coins can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid Medicine orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• PRODUCT TYPE: The Rs. 100 CP  Coins can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY. The CP  Coins CAN NOT be redeemed on ALL Ayurvedic medicines, over-the-counter and FMCG products. If the order, where 100 CP  Coins are used for payment, has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the Rs. 100 CP  Coins can be applied/redeemed on the total value of the prescription medicines ONLY (excluding ALL Ayurvedic medicines, OTC & FMCG products).
• REDEMPTION LIMIT: The 100 CP  Coins can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (100 days from the date of credit) of your CP  Coins wallet amount.
• EXPIRY of Rs. 100 CP  Coins Wallet Amount: The Rs. 100 CP  Coins amount that has been credited to your CP  Coins wallet will expire 100 days from the date of credit.  
• Any unused Rs. 100 CP  Coins, pursuant to this Refer and earn programme, shall automatically lapse after 100 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
• PAYMENT TYPE: Your earned Rs. 100 CP  Coins can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following ‘pre-payment’ modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) CP  Coins or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available).
